Monthly coaching
Montly coaching can be purchased by month, or in 3- or 6- month packages. Monthly coaching is tailored to clients' specific needs, priorities, and goals.
A monthly coaching subscription includes:
- guidance and coaching in effective use of organizational tools and methods.
- establishing long and short term goals.
- regular check-ins via email and/or text for support and accountability.
- direct instruction in executive functioning skills.
- when appropriate, working together to complete chosen tasks.
You might choose to subscribe to monthly coaching if:
- you are in college or graduate school and would like support with scheduling, work completion, and time management.
- you are tackling multiple endeavors at home (e.g. working full time and starting a side business).
- You completed a 6- or 8-week coaching cycle and want to continue to work with your coach to ensure newly established routines continue.
